BitTitan is proud to announce that our company has been recognized by Seattle Business magazine in its prestigious 2020 list of “Best Companies to Work For” in Washington state.
The annual list, which published in the August issue of Seattle Business magazine, recognizes the top companies in Washington that set the standard for work environment, rewards and recognition, benefits, communications, responsibility and decision-making, and executive leadership.
“All the companies on this year’s list have achieved something truly special,” wrote Rob Smith, Seattle Business editor, “as the ongoing global pandemic forced them to rethink business models, create new communications systems and take unprecedented steps to ensure employee safety.”
The list is one in which all HR executives and company presidents want to see their company included. Honorees are selected based on employee feedback gathered by an independent, anonymous survey that’s administered by the software firm Qualtrics. Companies are ranked across the four categories of small, midsize and large companies, as well as companies headquartered outside of Washington, but with offices in state. BitTitan was included in the midsize category.
The award win is a testament to BitTitan’s commitment to cultivating a great company culture with employees who are passionate about what they do. It is also a testament to the success that BitTitan is able to achieve with our partner-first mentality.
