Now it’s time to be a modern MSP.
One of our amazing partners—who cinched a BitTitan Partner of the Year award—said that being a modern MSP means being nimble, which has placed his organization at the forefront of the cloud opportunity.
InfoWorld columnist and Microsoft MVP J. Peter Bruzzese echoed the sentiments of our VP of marketing and products in this article published during WPC: “Vendors seek to shift from offering a one-time set of project services to offering recurring managed services. Being able to offer a combination of services after migration is essential for businesses to remain relevant — and keep making money.”
The emphasis on managed services was a major theme at WPC. As our CEO and fearless leader observed in the video above, the MSPComplete platform is turning heads because partners are looking to be more profitable—and we’re helping them get there with managed services automation.
Last but not least, we all helped to make a difference!
In lieu of giving out tchotchkes at WPC this year, we decided to donate $10 to Doctors Without Borders for every attendee scanned at the BitTitan booth 1501.
