The information is there – and now you can find it faster.

The new AI Help Center assistant, Ask MigrationWiz, will locate articles, guides, and troubleshooting resources for any phase of your migration project. Or, you can use it to explore a variety of migration topics. Ask a question or drill down and the chatbot will provide:

  • A summary of the information requested
  • A discussion of strategy options or different approaches, if appropriate
  • Links to the guides, articles, or FAQs with the details
  • How to get expert human assistance if you need it

MigrationWiz users are saving valuable time using Ask MigrationWiz to gather information their next migration. No more searching or trying to guess where a particular set of instructions may be located. However, Ask MigrationWiz isn’t limited to finding how-to documentation. Recently, a user told us how they used the chatbot to compose an email to their boss in order to get approval on pricing for a migration project.
